Steve specializes in analyzing business models including product potential, marketing strategies, distribution strategies, operational capabilities etc. As a senior analyst he has covered various verticals including technology, health care, retail, household products and telecommunications.
He has Bachelor of Arts in Financial Administration from Michigan State University (MSU) and also attended Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Holland through overseas program at MSU. He currently resides in Phoenixville, PA.
Mr. Shah has built a large software organization focused on developing sales performance and sales compensation management applications and creating the only in-house data center operation dedicated to on-demand sales performance and sales compensation management applications. Chetan Shah has been instrumental in creating numerous unique advantages for Synygy including superior technology that enables Synygy to implement projects typically in half the time of competitors and eliminates risks that are common to patched-together alternatives that use third-party software applications and third-party software hosting services.
He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, USA). Prior to that he completed his MBA in Finance from the University of Scranton (Scranton, USA), and a bachelor degree in Commerce from Sydenham College, University of Bombay (Mumbai, India). He currently resides in Pune, India.
Prior to joining IBM, Dr Srivastava worked with North American Philips Lighting Corporation (1982 to 1983) and Westinghouse Electric Corporation (1981 to 1982) as a scientist for high intensity discharge lighting applications.
Kamalesh obtained his PhD. in Metallurgy and Materials Science (1981) from McMaster University, Canada, and B.Tech. (1969) and M.Tech. (1972) in Metallurgical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India. He currently resides in Wappingers Falls, New York.
Andrew has been working with organizations for the past 20 years to improve productivity through a combination of software and process changes.
Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania (UPenn), Philadelphia and currently resides in West Chester, PA.

Steve Paspal is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has been working with Sovereign Asset Management (Part of John Hancock Funds) as a Vice President, Senior Analyst. Chetan Shah has been with Synygy (Chetser, PA & Pune, India) since 1993. He is currently Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and head of the Synygy Software business unit. He oversees software development, data center operations, and other technology initiatives that support the delivery of client solutions. Mr. Shah is also responsible for all of Synygy´s global operations as managing director of Synygy India Pvt. Dr. Kamlesh Srivastava
Dr Kamalesh Srivastava has been working with International Business Machines (IBM) Corporation since 1984 on the development and project management of interconnect technologies for semiconductor devices. He is currently associated with Semiconductor Research and Development Center. Andrew Cohen heads the Software Design division at Synygy Inc. (Chester, PA), the world’s largest provider of sales compensation management solutions. He has been working with Synygy for over 10 years and is responsible for the design of Synygy's full suite of enterprise products. Andrew is also the prime liaison between Synygy's business and technical communities.Andrew has been working with organizations for the past 20 years to improve productivity through a combination of software and process changes.
